Welcome to Wild Yogis!

I am so glad you found your way here.

Whether you're looking for a calmer moment in your family's day or a space where your child can just be a kid, you're in the right place. I'd love to share a little about who I am and how Wild Yogis came to be!

I'm a 200-hour certified yoga instructor with an additional 95-hour kids yoga certification. In 2024, after 15 years of teaching, I made the choice to slow down and be more present for my own kids as they were growing up. Around that same time, I was re-introduced to  meditative and yogic practices that helped me feel calmer, steadier, and more like myself, and it changed the way I showed up for myself and my family.

What started as a couple of fun evenings with my husband and kids, playing around with yoga poses in our living room, turned into something we all leaned into together. It became a practice that helped our family navigate anxiety, ADHD, and everyday hard moments with a little more ease. My years in the classroom showed me just how much kids today are craving these same tools, and it lit a spark in me to bring this practice to more families. I spent years learning about social emotional health, stress, and anxiety in kids, studying how to help their bodies and brains find that same sense of slow and steady. I realized what I really wanted was to build something new: a safe, joyful space designed for kids to thrive socially and emotionally.

My goal at Wild Yogis is simple. I want to give kids a place to explore the connection between body and mind through play. Through movement, sensory activities, art, and hands on learning, kids discover how to focus their minds, self regulate, and tune in to what their bodies are telling them, strategies they can carry off the mat and into everyday life.

This work is personal to me. As a parent of kids who've navigated anxiety and ADHD, I've seen firsthand how breathing exercises and yogic practices can shift a hard moment into a manageable one. Wild Yogis grew out of that experience, and I built it because I wanted every family to have access to those same tools.

I can't wait to see you on the mat!
